On 21 June 2012, foreclosure fighters from Occupy gathered in front of City Hall to stop the auctions of foreclosed homes. While there, Deputy Sheriff J. De Jesus shoved the nonviolent Archbishop. According the the law, this is assault. But Archbishop King will not be intimidated, and continues the fight in San Francisco where 84% of all foreclosures are illegal.
