Today the streets are filled to the brim with peaceful protestors, including many war veterans who made the trek to Chicago to return the medals they earned fighting in wars of aggression around the world.
Later in the afternoon police showed up with weapons and in full riot gear, antagonizing, then beating protestors. Besides batons and the threat of tear gas, government forces have come prepared to use LRAD against these unarmed citizens.
Currently there seem to be tens of thousands of protestors, and possibly thousands of police.
Someone with a megaphone : ‘come out with your hands up and your pants down!’ in response to police dispersal order. The megaphone user invited Chicago Police to go home, informing them that their services are not needed.
