We are rallying in front of the District Attorney’s office at 3pm to Demand Justice for Alan Blueford! INVITE ALL YOUR FRIENDS.
There is a townhall with 6:00 Acts full gospel 1034 66th Avenue. the coalition will non-disruptively participate in the townhall meeting. (Folks are gathering at Coliseum BART at 5 and traveling to Acts Full.)
The demands are: Name the officer who killed Alan, take that officer off paid leave, fire that officer and prosecute him.
Alan Dewayne Blueford, born December 20, 1994, was an 18 year old Senior at Skyline High School, preparing to graduate in June. He was the youngest son of Adam Blueford, Sr. and Jeralynn Brown Blueford.
During the early morning hours of May 6, 2012 Alan was murdered by an officer (whose name has yet to be released) with the Oakland Police Department. His family is now seeking justice for his death.
