Stop Chase Bank from selling Nell and Synthia’s home at auction on Tuesday May 29. As of today Chase has 240 homes in Oakland alone that they own, or have started foreclosure proceedings on. A recent audit in SF found that 84% of the foreclosures have clear signs of fraud. Nell and Synthia have requested that Chase prove they have legal standing to negotiate a modification or foreclose on their home. Chase has not produced the proper paperwork as requested.
